Doula Package

Serving births at home, hospital, and birth centers! All within an hour (or so) of Windham, NH.

Birth Package: $1400

Includes:

  • Two prenatal visits, to discuss your hopes and build your confidence. One to two hours, either virtually or in person.

  • Unlimited text/email support throughout your pregnancy

  • At 38 weeks onwards, I will keep my phone on for you 24/7. You can call me day or night if you think you’re in labor.

  • Once you're in labor, I'll be physically with you, supporting you through birth, and staying with you for one or two hours afterwards to help you settle in.

  • One postpartum visit (in person or virtually) to process your experience, emotionally check-in, answer questions, and explore if you need further resources. Around two hours.

  • Backup doula in place

  • Birth education, referrals, resources

  • Spinning Babies support

I am booking a limited amount of births per month so I can give families my best.

Also, if price is a barrier, please reach out and let me know what you can afford. I believe you. I want to serve my community, and help create equitable care. If it is not within my budget, I will attempt to connect you with others who can help. Everyone deserves birth support.
